Author Guidelines

**Publication Requirements**

**Steps and Conditions for Publishing and Submitting Research and its Specifications:**

1. The researcher must format the research according to the journal's template and publication requirements mentioned.
2. The researcher sends the formatted research as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx) via the journal's email, along with the researcher’s commitment form (upload files).
3. The research must be written in proper language, with careful attention to details such as notation, figures, and tables, which should be numbered as specified in the journal template.
4. The research should be within the journal's scope, not extracted from a book, thesis, or dissertation, and it will undergo a plagiarism check by the journal upon submission.
5. The research should be original and significant in its field.
6. The length of the research should not be less than ten pages and not more than thirty pages, excluding the title page.
7. The research must not be submitted or published in another journal, and the researcher must provide a written statement confirming this.
8. The research should be written clearly and fluently, with coherent sentences and ideas, appropriate academic style, and consistency between the title, objectives, discussions, results, and references.
9. Research papers are accepted in Arabic, English, and French.
10. The journal does not allow the withdrawal of research papers after they have been accepted for publication under any circumstances.
11. The journal will notify the researcher of the receipt of the research within a maximum of three days. The evaluation process will take approximately fifteen days from the date of receipt by the reviewers. After receiving feedback, the researcher must revise the research and resubmit it within ten days. The researcher will then receive a publication acceptance letter with the publication date.
12. Upon submitting the research and undergoing the plagiarism check, the researcher must pay the review and publication fees.
13. The research will be reviewed by two or three reviewers if there is no consensus among the reviewers.
14. The researcher must make the required revisions and send the revised research to the specified email.
15. The researcher will receive the final acceptance letter for publication after making the revisions and the approval of the reviewers and editorial board.
16. The copyright of the research transfers to the journal after the researcher is notified of the acceptance for publication.
17. Upon publication, the researcher will receive a link to the full issue to download their research.

**Instructions for Authors**

Authors should follow these steps in preparing their research:

1. The research should be written in size 12 black regular font for the text and bold only for the main headings, as specified in the journal template.
2. The researcher should provide an abstract in Arabic followed by keywords, and an abstract in English followed by keywords (the abstract should be between 200 and 250 words).
3. The research should be single-spaced and be between ten and thirty pages.
4. Use uniform numbering (e.g., 1., 2., 3.).
5. Use standard tables without colors or shading, and the font size should be 12 regular except for the table title, which should be 12 bold.
6. Do not use an indent at the beginning of paragraphs.
7. When quoting Quranic verses, the name of the Surah and the verse number should be mentioned in parentheses after the verse (e.g., (Surah Maryam, verse 88)). Use regular parentheses and standard font. Do not use special software for Quranic text, and write additional phrases such as "peace be upon him" in regular font without any special additions.

**Research Elements:**

1. Authors should follow the following order in writing their research:

     - Study system: analytical, descriptive, statistical, etc.
     - Research problem
     - Research hypotheses
     - Research objectives
     - Research importance
     - Research boundaries
     - Research plan
3. Previous studies (according to the nature of the research)
4. Research methodology and methods
5. Results
6. Discussion
7. Conclusion
8. Recommendations (if any)
9. Acknowledgments (if any)
10. References
11. Appendices (if any)
12. Sources and references should be documented in a single list at the end of the research, alphabetically by the author's last name.

**Writing and Arranging References:**

1. The APA style (American Psychological Association) 7th edition should be used. See (https://apastyle.apa.org/).
2. Main references should be books and international journals. All references should be the most relevant sources and included in Scopus sources. At least 12 relevant current research references should be included.
3. Separate lists should be made for Arabic and foreign sources.
4. Footnotes or endnotes should not be used; otherwise, the research will be rejected.
5. Do not number references; arrange them alphabetically and write them in regular font.
6. The first line of the reference should be without an indent, and if the reference extends to multiple lines, the following lines should be indented.
7. Write only the three-part name of the author, starting with the last name, then the first name, followed by the middle name.
8. The DOI (Digital Object Identifier) of the source should be mentioned at the end of each reference that has a DOI.
9. If the publication date is not available, write (n.d.).
10. Use either the Gregorian or Hijri date, but omit "AD" from the Gregorian date and keep "AH" for the Hijri date.
11. The edition number should not be written if it is the first edition (e.g., 1st ed.). For subsequent editions, mention them as (2nd ed.), (3rd ed.), etc.
12. Pay attention to the correct placement of points, commas, and spaces.

**Example of a Book Reference:**

The author’s last name, first name, middle name. (Year). Title of the book (Italicized) (Edition number if available). Publisher.

Example:
Ibn Abi Hatim, Abu Muhammad Abdulrahman. (1952). Al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil. India: Dar Ihya al-Turath al-Arabi.
