This study investigates the role of emotional intelligence in human resource management as a key factor in enhancing organizational relationships and stimulating creativity within the workplace. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical analysis, the research highlights the importance of emotional intelligence competencies—such as self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills—in shaping positive organizational behavior. The findings reveal that emotional intelligence significantly contributes to improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering an environment conducive to innovation. The study emphasizes that organizations which integrate emotional intelligence into their HR practices are more likely to achieve higher levels of employee engagement, collaboration, and creative performance. These insights underscore the strategic value of emotional intelligence in supporting sustainable organizational development and adaptability in today’s dynamic business environment.Recommendations are provided for HR professionals to incorporate emotional intelligence training and assessment in workforce development initiatives.
